[HELP] Mods cant spawn anymore ? oO

Hey Bubble,
Why mods can't spawn anymore ?
Iam all days online for restart, open minigames, open houses...
And now i can't do that anymore :/ ( i need spawn an usp for those. )
I can only kick speeders nothing more :/
Please let mods spawn items back, (:
Because now the half of the day it will be alltime the same round because i cant round restart and never minigames.
